Family-owned and operated since 1950, the company was incorporated in Carlsbad, New Mexico in 1967 as Richardson & Richardson, Inc. Continuing the traditions begun by his father, Allan K. "Hap" Richardson has been leading the family business since 1984. R&R relocated to Albuquerque in 1987 and has completed award-winning projects throughout New Mexico and the Southwest.
Today, the company is a highly-systemized, client-oriented general contractor. Although Richardson & Richardson is now a third generation family business, our commitment to superior building materials, quality service, and competitive prices remains the same as it was nearly seven decades ago.
